A novel overvoltage protection scheme for power electronics switching under differential surge conditions

<span lang="EN-US">The proposed scheme is employed for the efficient operation of a DC-DC-based buck converter. This protection shows optimal placement varistor in power electronics converter side under different surge conditions. Advanced varistors have excellent electrical material properties and electrothermal behavior enhancement absorption capability. Varistors been examined widely last four decades that are applications. The advantage using varistor-based devices vital due to great sensitivity equipment integrated into grid emerging electronics-based DC systems with low high voltage ratings. In this research, can be placed protect switching such as MOSFETs electronic-based uncertain overvoltage differential surge. MATLAB simulation study peak stress on its scheme.</span>
